How long will my session take?
Family sessions can take up to 1 hour.

Where will my session be held?
Smaller families with toddlers and children may wish to be photographed at our Muswellbrook studio. Larger Families with older children can head out on location - we have some favourite locations but we're more than happy to discuss your ideas with you to create some personlised memories. Travel fees may apply if your selected location is over 30kms from Muswellbrook.

What days can our session take place?
We are very flexible and will work with you to find a date & time to suit your needs.

Do you photograph on weekends?
Yes - there is no extra fee for weekend sessions! Get in quick, they do book out fast.

HELP! A family member is sick and it's our session day :(
Fact: Families get sick! We get it, and we completely understand! We would much prefer a happy, healthy, smiling family than a sick, tired, grumbly bunch! We also appreciate you not coming to the studio if you’re unwell, germs are best kept at home! We are happy to reschedule your session up to two times free of charge. Please note; extra charges may apply if you reschedule more than twice.

How many images will I see at my Ordering Session?
Your gallery will have approximately 30 images for you to choose from.

How long do my products take to arrive?
Your custom portraiture takes from one to six weeks to arrive, depending on your chosen products.
